We try our hardest to ship all orders within 2 working days of the order being placed, but sometimes, particularly during a sale/offer, you may have to wait a tiny bit longer for your order.

If you are in a hurry to receive your order, please get in touch and we will see what we can do!

Returns

We obviously hope that you are delighted with your Beetle & Bear purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your order and wish to return it, then please inform us via email at info@beetleandbear.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your items, stating your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt, and all items returned must be in perfect condition – unworn, unwashed and with all tags, labels still intact. If your Beetle & Bear purchase does not arrive back in this condition, we at Beetle & Bear hold the right to refuse return.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that your returns are appropriately packaged to avoid any damage during transit. We also recommend that you use recorded delivery, as the package is your responsibility until it arrives back with us.

The refund will be for the total cost of the returned item(s), we do not refund any delivery costs.

Even though we at Beetle & Bear thoroughly check each item before it’s sent out, if any part of your Beetle & Bear order does arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, quoting your order number and detailing what is wrong with your item, a photo of the fault would be a bonus! Under the Consumer Rights Act you have the right to get a full refund for a faulty item, but this right is limited to 30 days from the date of purchase of your item. Please note that any item that is damaged as a result of wear and tear or failure to follow the recommended wash care guidelines are not considered to be faulty.
